Our Story
From Rock Bottom to Rebirth
TITO INC. was born from lived experience — not a boardroom. Our founder knows what it means to lose everything and find a way back. That journey is the foundation of everything we do.

Meet Our Founder
Erica Davenport
Erica Davenport knows what it feels like to hit rock bottom. She has faced addiction, incarceration, and the kind of hopelessness that makes the future feel impossible. But she also knows something else — that one decision, one person believing in you, and one real opportunity can change the entire course of a life.
After rebuilding her own life from the ground up, Erica refused to keep that transformation to herself. She founded TITO INC. — Turning Insecurities to Opportunities — with a simple but powerful conviction: the same insecurities that once held her back could become the fuel that drives others forward.
Today, Erica leads a growing organization that serves hundreds of individuals and families across Kentucky every year — providing free meals, clothing, recovery support, workforce readiness, housing connections, and community outreach. She shows up not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who has walked the road and is willing to walk it again alongside anyone who needs a guide.
"I didn't start TITO INC. because I had it all figured out. I started it because I knew what it felt like to need someone in your corner — and I decided to be that person for others."
What Drives Us
Mission, Vision & Values
Our Mission
To serve individuals affected by substance abuse by providing essential resources, food support, and encouragement — empowering people to rebuild their lives and discover that their insecurities are not their destiny.
Our Vision
A Kentucky where every person — regardless of their past — has access to the support, resources, and community they need to live a full, dignified, and hopeful life.
Dignity
Every person who walks through our doors is treated with unconditional respect — no judgment, no shame, no conditions.
Hope
We believe hope is not a luxury. It is a right. We hold it for people until they can hold it for themselves.
Opportunity
Insecurities don't define a future — opportunities do. We create pathways where others see dead ends.
Community
No one recovers alone. We build relationships, partnerships, and a sense of belonging that sustains people through the hardest seasons.
Authenticity
Our founder has lived what we teach. We lead from experience, not theory — and that makes all the difference.
Action
We don't just talk about change. We show up, roll up our sleeves, and do the work — every single day.
